3 fresh trout
lemon wedges
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. alder chips
Rinse trout and pat dry. season to taste
and smoke over medium heat for 15 minutes per pound. This is a
delicious, healthy and easy recipe. serve with a lemon wedge and enjoy.
remember to cook an extra one to make a great spread with mayo capers
