Beef in Cascabel Sauce
Preheat oven to 300
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in an an ovenproof Dutch Oven over medium high heat. Brown 3 pounds of beef chuck roast cut into 1" cubes in pot. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of fat. Add contents of jar and enough beef broth or water to almost cover the meat. Bring to simmer and put in the preheated oven for 2 hours or until fork-tender. Serve with rice or beans or as a filling for burritos. Serves 8
