Our Spanish flan pan is professional quality heavy stainless steel, 7" in diameter. Simply place the custard mixture in the flan mold, place the cover on top and latch the top closed. Place the flan pan inside a cake pan that is at least 3" high, fill with enough water to come 1/2 up the sides of the flan pan. Bake until set. Capacity: 1 quart +
