Pomegranate Punch

A refreshing and fruity punch spiked with Champagne, Prosecco or Cava.  For a non-alcohol version substitute sparkling water or ginger ale for the vodka and bubbly.

Ingredients

    • 2 cups freshly squeezed tangerine or orange juice
    • 2 cups pomegranate juice
    • 4 cups cranberry juice
    • 2 bottles Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
    • 1 cup vodka
  • For swizzle sticks:
    • 1 bag cranberries
    • 6 clementines
    • 1 blood orange

Instructions

Prepare swizzle sticks
Spear fruit alternating 3 cranberries and 2 sections of Clementine. Wrap or cover with damp paper towel or cloth. Refrigerate. Thinly slice blood orange to ass garnish to punch bowl.

Mix juices and vodka (or substitute)
To serve drinks, ladle punch into glasses first, and then top with champagne. For self serves, divide punch into two batches and add one half punch mixture and one bottle champagne directly to punch bowl. Add remaining pinch and second bottle of champagne to bowl as barbeque progresses.
