Ingredients

    • 1 cup tomato, seeded (
    • brunoise cut
    • )
    • 1 cup Maui onion (brunoise cut)
    • 1 green onion, (chopped)
    • 3 ounces
    • mirin
    • 2 ounces lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons ginger (minced)
    • 3/4 cup
    • ogo
    • (seaweed, finely chopped)
    • 3 ounces soy sauce
    • 1 ounce sesame oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and chill.  This salsa goes well with fish.
