Preheat oven to 405FHeat 1/8 cup of olive oil in a small heavy pan. Add garlic and saute until it just begins to brown and becomes aromatic. Remove from heat. Add the remain 1/8 cup of oil to the pan, set aside.Spread cornmeal on a baking sheet large enough to hold the crust. Pour olive oil and garlic mixture over the crust. Using a pastry brush coat the surface evenly with the oil. Crumble the Gorgonzola over the pizza and sprinkle with fresh oregano. Place in oven to take about 10 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, add "shreds" of prosciutto evenly over the pizza and place back in the oven for 5 to 10 more minutes until the pizza is nicely browned. Don't over cook the prosciutto.
Remove the pizza and cut into slices with a pizza cutter or sharp chef's knife.
