Fresh scallops are wrapped in bacon, basted with barbeque sauce then broiled
Preheat the broiler to 500 degrees. Wrap each scallop with a bacon strip. Thread each scallop onto a small bamboo skewer. Place the scallops on a foil lined metal tray. Broil the scallops until the bacon begins to crisp.
