Osso buco is a dish prepared with veal shanks which have been braised in wine and vegetables until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. A special utensil is used to scoop out the marrow from the bone.
I'm sure every family has their favorite lasagna recipe. This is our family favorite --filled with ground beef and hot turkey Italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheese. We don't use "light" cheese or fat free products, just real food. This is a special occasion meal so we don't scrimp. Cooking Time: 1 hour (plus resting time 10 min)
