A Japanese dish of skewered chicken. Yakitori is one of the most common Japanese "snacks" served with drinks in Yakitori bars throughout Japan.
A simple sauce made with peanut butter, tamari, toasted sesame seed oil, ginger and garlic. The sauce can be used as a salad dressing, pasta sauce or over a simple satay.
This recipe is for Pork With Honey, Yuzu and Togarashi. The pork is marinated with yuzu juice and peel, togarashi and honey, then grilled. Serve the pork with fresh grilled vegetables and rice.
