For the best results purchase good quality Kansas City ribeye steaks for this recipe. Steaks are marinated in a combination of red wine, pomegranate juice, onion, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic an cumin. It is best to allow the steaks to marinate overnight but as little as 3 hours will work.
