Gyuveche is the name of a Bulgarian dish as well as the earthenware casserole in which it is traditionally served.
This breakfast casserole is based on a Martha Stewart recipe. We spiced it up with some bacon and turkey Italian sausage then added three kinds of greens, spinach, arugula and mizuna.
This is a low carb recipe adapted from Atkins and it is appropriate for any phase of the Atkins program, including induction. It is quite flavorful.
