Stilton
and Watercress Spread

This simple recipe is one of my easy entertaining favorites because
guests just love love. Serves 14
I
N G R E D I E N T S
3 ounces stilton cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 bunch watercress, stems trimmed, leaves chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts

N S T R U C T I O N S
Mix the stilton cheese, cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl until blended. Mix
in watercress, onions and nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture
into a small bowl. You can prepare the spread up to one day ahead. Serve the
spread with crackers or a thinly sliced baguette.
