ciabatta or similar bread, cut into
1-slices
6 ounces thinly slices
Asiago Cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced
prosciutto
4-6 ounces LuLu
White Truffle Honey

N S T R U C T I O N S
Toast bread in a 350° oven until golden
brown, and about 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for an
additional minute to soften cheese. Place the crostini on a serving platter, layer with
prosciutto slices and liberally drizzle with White Truffle Honey. Serve warm. |
