Quick Chipotle Cornbread

(8-ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle in adobo sauce
2 cups whole kernel corn

N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Coat a 9-inch baking dish
with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
Combine the muffin mix, egg, milk, and TABASCO® Chipotle
Sauce and minced chipotle in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the corn,
stir, and let sit 2 minutes.
Transfer to the prepared pan and bake until set - about 15 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
