Nancy's Pineapple Dish
We spent many an Easter
feasting on Honey Baked ham's and Nancy's "pineapple dish". Give
this a try for a super simple and very tasty side dish to your Easter
ham or pork roast.
Serves: 6
I
N G R E D I E N T S
1 large
(15 oz) can crushed pineapple – do not drain
3/4 cups granulated
sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Cinnamon
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cornstarch and water. Combine all
ingredients in a heavy glass bowl and sprinkle
top with cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour. Serve immediately.
