Whole dried cocoa beans from Mexico. Whole beans are ground on a metate heated over coals to make chocolate. Try your hand at making chocolate the way it was made by the Aztecs. The chocolate beans are fun as a teaching aid too. 3 pound bag (about 3.5 cups per pound and approximately 25 -30 beans per ounce).
