Many of the pre-bagged corn husks are an inferior grade. Our "enconcahda" corn husks are hand packed to order and are the highest quality for making fresh tamales. Net weight is approximately 15 ounces and enough for a batch of 60 - 80 tamales.
Note:
We only buy "premier" quality corn husks. The length of the husks will vary depending on the quality of the crop and time of year. We are unable to guarantee a specific husk length. Shorter husks can be overlapped to make larger tamales.
