tamale steamer (tamalera) 32 qt

A traditional "bote tamalera" which is galvanized tamale steamer. The inside bottom is raised with steam slats. Water is placed in the bottom of the steamer, tamales are stacked inside, covered with a lid and steamed for about one to two hours. Size: 14 1/2" diameter, 14 1/2" tall. 32 quarts. Holds about 7 dozen tamales.
