Potato gnocchi by Ferrara Foods. Gnocchi are little dumplings made from potato flour. This is a fresh-vacumed packed (not dry) product. Just boil for 3-5 minutes and top with sauce. Gnocchi are ready when they float to the top of the pot.

A traditional preparation is to heat in flat ramekins with Italian Fontina cheese until cheese it hot and slightly browned on top. Gnocchi is also excellent with pesto or gorgonzola cream sauce. case of 12/ 16oz. pkgs Product of Italy.
