Mayordomo Mole Rojo. Oaxaca is famous for their mole. Mayordomo creates the sauce from the traditional recipe using roasted pasilla chilies and of course the traditional addition of chocolate. See ingredients below. 16 oz (450 g).

Chile peppers, oil, sugar, sesame seeds, cocoa beans, bananas, onions, raisins, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cinnamon, bread, salt, garlic, spices.
