Pan Fried Gnocchi
Serves: 2
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1 lb fresh or package pre made gnocchi
Parmesan cheese (optional)

N S T R U C T I O N S
Heat the oil in a large
heavy based frying pan, over a medium high heat.
Add the gnocchi and pan fry 5-6 minutes tossing regularly until the
gnocchi crisps and lightly browns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and
serve.
Other Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a light tomato sauce.
