flan pan with double boiler 2 quart
Aluminum, 8" flan set with double boiler specially designed and manufactured to prepare flans. Simply place the custard mixture in the flan pan, place water in the bottom pot, sit the flan pan inside and cover and steam until done. Overall dimensions 8 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" high. The inner flan pan holds up to 8 cups (2 quarts).
NOTE: Pan is for use on cooktop only. Handles and knob are not oven-proof.
