lemon zester

A lemon zester makes perfect long thin strips of zest you can use for "citrus knots" to garnish drinks (or for any zesting task). A zester only removes the zest and none of the white bitter "pith". Our version has a stainless steel blade and non-slip ergonomic thermal handle.
