An amazing new product. Shelf stable premixed creme brulee. We tasted this product at the 2005 Fancy Food show in San Francisco, California. We were about to pass it by but decide to taste it. We were amazed at how good the taste was. This product contains all natural ingredients, no preservatives. It is made with real heavy cream. It has a one year unopened shelf life or 20 days once opened. To use just place in a saucepan, heat, transfer to creme brulee dishes and chill. Caramelize tops before serving. 32oz (8 4oz servings)
