This well-weighted steel tempura pan is the proper tool for making tempura. Forged in Japan of a coated steel to prevent rusting and two wide ring handles for easy movement. Comes with draining rack. 26cm (10 1/4" w x 3 3/4" h)
Although it is the traditional pan for tempura use it for frying any sea foods or vegetables.
