Charbay Key Lime Vodka
4 mint leaves and 2 lime wedges
1 oz simple syrup

Muddle
all ingredients in a tall glass; fill with crushed ice and top with soda
water; stir to mix. Garnish with mint spring or lime wheel.

The Key Lime lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle), also referred to as a Mexican
Lime, bears a profuse amount of small, thin-skinned, greenish-yellow limes.
