Consumers buying more prepared foods for holidays

More time with guests, less time cooking.

A study done by Technomic research shows that 66% of respondants said they'd buy pre-prepared or catered foods for Christmas compare to 61% use premade food for Thanksgiving and 53% at 4th of July. It appears the respondants do this to save time on all the prep so they can spend that time with their guests. Read Full Story
