Important Holiday Shipping Days
General Shipping Information

November 24 - 25 Thanksgiving - There is no shipping on either of these days. UPS has no deliveries on Thanksgiving and only delivers overnight packages on November 25th.

Effective December 6thth, 2006 UPS
ground service may take more than "5 business days" cross country.. This means even though a certain number of shipping days is estimated, they may run beyond that time. 
We ship from California.  If  you are located in the Mid-West or East, and you want to insure that your order arrives BEFORE Christmas you should use 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Overnight shipping AFTER DEC. 11TH.  If you are unsure what method is best for you email us at

If you are in California, Oregon, Washington, or Nevada you can procrastinate longer.. Normal shipping to you is 2 days. Other Western states may be one additional day.

When We Ship:
We ship Monday - Friday.  Our carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday or holidays.

Ground orders are normally shipped within 48 hours.  If you need an item to be shipped immediately, please call us: 408-354-8281.

Express orders - Overnight delivery orders received before 1:00pm will ship the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm PST will ship the next business day.  All other express orders which include 3rd day, 2nd day will ship within 24 hours.

December 25 - Orders placed on Christmas Day will ship December 2yth. There is no UPS delivery on Christmas Day.

January 1st - UPS is closed for shipping. Orders placed on January 31st will resume shipping on January 2nd.
