Tortillas In Vegas, Baby!

A hot time in the old Tortilla Town Tonight..

Well, I have to admit I didn't even know there was a Tortilla Industry Association (TIA) so guess that's why I was a little surprised when I received a discounted ticket offer to said industries convention. 

Yep, on September 20 and 21st, 2009 you can fly to Las Vegas and attend what is claimed to be the "most important tortilla industry event of the year!' The convention includes a bevy of speakers,  a parade of exhibitionists (ha-ha ok exhibitors) as well as the commensurate extracurricular Vegas activities like gambling and golf.
