Cinnamon
Chipotle Butter
Use this simple spicy butter on steamed vegetables.
Makes about 1/2 cups

I N G R E D I E N T S
8 ounces butter,
melted
1 teaspoon Terra Sol Chipotle Paste
or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -- pref. freshly -- ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh lime juice -- to taste

N S T R U C T I O N S
Whisk the Chipotle Paste,
cinnamon, and salt into the liquid butter. Add limejuice, starting with
1/2 teaspoon, adding more to taste. For a spicier butter, add more
Chipotle Paste. The vegetables will really soak up the heat of the
butter, so it should be fairly hot but not overpowering. |
