For the compound butter:
• 4 Tbsp. softened butter
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. Canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
• 1 Tbsp. finely minced cilantro

N S T R U C T I O N S
Combine all ingredients and
mix well. Chill.
Uses:
Use over steamed vegetables
Use over grilled steaks
Makes about 6 servings.
