Grafton Cheddar
Grafton Village cheddar usually produced in the shape of blocks of various sizes. It is made by Grafton Village Cheese Company from the milk of local Vermont dairy farms. 
Diced or grated on salads, soups and vegetables, melted in casseroles, sliced for sandwiches or topping a slice of warm apple pie. For a cheese course, serve with a full bodied red wine.
