Beans, Chipilin and Pork with Chirmol Salsa

I N G R E D I E N T S
3/4 lb pork meat
1 garlic clove
1 bunch chipilin
1 onion
1 jalapeño chile
3/4 lb tomatoes
3/4 lb cooked black beans
Salt
Oil
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Place the
pork, garlic and salt in water enough to cover and cook until done and
no longer pink inside.
Once the meat is cooked, chop onion, jalapeños and tomatoes and fry them
with Chipilin leaves.
Add cooked beans (add salt if necessary). Once Chipilin leaves are
cooked, serve with meat.
