Baked Tortilla Chips and Strips
This recipe reduces the fat compared to fried chips but still provides for a nice tasty tortilla chip. Tortillas can be cut into wedges for dipping or in strips for use in tortilla soup or chilequiles.

I N G R E D I E N T S
corn tortillas - cut into desired shapes
spray oil, neutral flavor or corn oil
salt (optional)

I N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place tortilla pieces in a single layer on a large baking ship and spray lightly with oil, toss lightly to coat.

Bake for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt or other seasons of choice such as a mixture of salt, ground cumin and ground garlic
