Salad
4 Cups Lettuce of your choice (torn)
2 cups fresh Spinach (torn)
1 cup fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
2 Cups cooked Turkey (diced)
1 cup Red Onion Rings
Dressing
1 container (8 oz) Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
1/3 cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
1/4 tsp Basil
Combine Salad Ingredients. Cover and chill.
Combine yogurt, nuts, blue cheese, sugar, salt, celery seed and basil. Mix well. Pour dressing over greens and toss to serve.
