Field Greens with Crisp Pears, Grapes, Cashews, Boursin Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette

The only need a few simple ingredients including one package of Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese, a crunchy baguette, and a bottle of red wine.  It’s the perfect combination for a simple, delicious picnic.

Ingredients

Salad
8 oz. mixed greens
3 pcs. endive yellow
16 roasted cashews
12 red grapes, halved
4 pears, quartered and julienned
2.8 oz. (half package) crumbled Boursin Garlic & Herbs cheese

 

Balsamic Vinaigrette
5 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. shallots, minced
½ Tbsp. garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Place endive at twelve, four and In separate mixing bowl, toss remaining ingredients with the vinaigrette and transfer to picnic bowl.
