Ingredients

1-1/3 cups old fashioned oats, not quick cooking
2 cups apple juice
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup raisins

Instructions

and salt to taste. Cover and cook about 20 minutes, or until rice cooker shuts off, stirring once during cooking. Cover and let stand 10 minutes more before serving.

This recipe serves 4 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 4 only.

UCSF Researchers say products with added sugar should be controlled just like alcohol or tobacco.
