1 lb. 5 oz. fusilli
white truffle oil, to taste
3 1/2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Cook the fusilli in salted water. Drain and arrange on a deep serving dish.
Add the olive oil infused with white truffles as desired and the grated Parmesan cheese.
