Fusilli Pasta with Truffle Oil

A simple, elegant pasta dish featuring truffle oil.

Ingredients

1 lb. 5 oz. fusilli
white truffle oil, to taste
3 1/2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste

Instructions

Cook the fusilli in salted water. Drain and arrange on a deep serving dish.

Add the olive oil infused with white truffles as desired and the grated Parmesan cheese.
