A refreshing shake made with soy milk, flax seed, vanilla, stevia, fresh strawberries and yogurt.
1 cup plain yogurt, low or full fat 1 cup unsweetened soy milk 1 whole egg 3 tablespoon whole flax seeds 2 tablespoons soy protein powder (vanilla flavored or plain) 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia (or to taste) 1/2 cup fresh strawberries or blue berries Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve in tall glasses garnished with mint sprigs.
