Mojito Mocktail

Mojito, The Non-alcohol Version made with fresh mint, sparkling water and sugar.

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves
1 lime
1-2 teaspoons superfine or bar sugar OR 1 package sugar substitute
Crushed ice
6 ounces lime-flavored sparkling water
Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

Crush the mint in the bottom of the glass. Squeeze lime into the glass. Add sugar or sugar substitute, crushed ice, and the lime sparkling water. Garnish with mint and serve.  Serve in a tall Tom Collins glass.
