1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seed, toasted and ground
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano, crumbled
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons adobo sauce from canned chipotle in adobo
Salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, whisk to combine and add salt to taste.
