Ingredients

1 cucharada. aceite de canola
1 taza de agua cocer a fuego lento
2 cucharadas. Terra Sol Pasta de Chile Ancho
1 cebolla amarilla grande, cortado en dados *
1 pimiento rojo, sin semillas y cortado en dados
1 calabacín mediano, cortado en dados
2 grandes dientes de ajo, picados
1 14 oz. lata de tomates guisados, undrained
4 tazas de agua
1 papa grande, pelada y cortada en cuadritos
Un 11 oz. lata de granos de maíz, escurridos
1 cucharada. perejil secos
2 cdta. orégano seco
1 1 / 2 cdta. de comino molido
1 cucharadita. sal
1 / 4 taza de pasta de tomate

Instructions

En una cacerola grande, caliente el aceite a fuego mediano. Añadir la cebolla, pimiento, calabacín y el ajo y cocine, revolviendo, hasta que estén tiernos, aproximadamente 6 minutos. Añada el resto de los ingredientes a excepción de la pasta de tomate y la pasta de chile ancho y llevar a fuego lento. Reduzca el calor a medio-bajo y cocine, revolviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que las patatas estén tiernas, unos 20 minutos. Revuelva en la pasta de tomate y el ancho de pasta y cocine durante 5 minutos.

Que el guiso de pie durante 5-10 minutos antes de servir. Cuchara en cuencos y sirva con tortillas de harina.

UCSF Researchers say products with added sugar should be controlled just like alcohol or tobacco. They are  advocating that the government take control of the situation because the citizens are unable to do so. The solutions they suggest include doubling the price of sodas via a sugar tax, put age restrictions on purchase of products containing added sugar and legislate which stores are allowed to sell products with added sugar.
