San Angel Shrimp Cocktail

Recipe for easy San Angel Shrimp Cocktail featuring San Angle cascabel sauce.  By Tim McCarthy, owner and proprietor of the San Angel Mole Company.

Ingredients

40 shrimp
1 red onion, diced
juice from 2 limes
1 avocado, diced
1 jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce
lime wedges for garnish

Instructions


Nutritional information

Mix one jar San Angel Cascabel Sauce with diced red onion, and lime juice. Fold in the shrimp and add a diced avocado.

Serve in martini glasses and garnish with cilantro leaves and a lime wedge.
