2 whole eggs
6 egg yolks
1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar
1 cup Love'n Bake™ Hazelnut Praline
3 cups heavy cream, whipped
Beat together the eggs, yolk and confectioner's sugar in a large bowl. Cook this mixture in a bowl set over simmering water until it thickens, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove form the heat and set the bowl over ice to cool. Stir in the Love'n Bake™ Hazelnut Praline.
Fold whipped cream into the cooled hazelnut mixture. Cover and freeze at least 8 hours or overnight. Or, divide the mixture between individual molds. Freeze then unmold to serve.
