1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine the milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boiling point on medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar. Add the cinnamon and stir. Add the coffee and stir. Pour into a container and freeze.
