75 snails (in shell)
Marinara sauce:
2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons. dried minced onion
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup carrot juice or 1/2 cup grated carrot
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup red wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all the ingredients and add snails, simmer for 1 1/2 hours to thicken sauce and flavor snails
