Ingredients

1 part Domaine de Canton
2 parts Resposado Tequila
2 parts pineapple juice, cold
Pineapple foam
Pinch of Maldon salt
Pinch of Aleppo pepper
Lime slice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and serve garnished with a lime slice.
