A favorite summer cocktail; the Tom Collins cocktail includes Gin, lime, club soda, lemon

Ingredients

1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce sugar syrup
1 ounce gin
1/2 lime
Club Soda

Instructions

Pour lemon juice, syrup, and gin into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.  Squeeze in lime juice; save lime.  Fill with soda. Stir well.  Decorate with the lime and a fruit stick.  Serve with a straw.
