Mojito Martini

An inspiration of Douglas Rodriguez, Latino chef of OLA (Of Latin Restaurant) in Manhattan.  The drink is made with rum, lime juice and fresh mint.

Ingredients

1 lime wedge
5 teaspoons fresh lime juice
5 fresh mint sprigs
6 tablespoons Marti (brand) rum

Instructions

Rub lime wedge around rim of glass
Mash mint sprigs and the lime juice in a coctail shaker.
Add the rum and fill shaker with ice
Shake (drink) vigourously
Strain into a suggared glass and serve

Serving glass: Traditional martini glass
