Guacamole in Molcajete with Tomatillos

A basic recipe for guacamole made in a molcajete (stone bowl).  Recipe includes avocados, tomatillos, garlic, white onion and cilantro.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
6 tomatillos
2 cloves of garlic
1 yellow or white onion
2 tablespoons of cilantro
serrano chili as desired
salt

Instructions

Roast the chilies and tomatillos.

Grind up the garlic in a molcajete with the salt and chiles.

Once well ground, add the tomatillos, avocados and grind a little more.

To garnish the guacamole, put sliced onion and chopped cilantro on top. Serve immediately.

UCSF Researchers say products with added sugar should be controlled just like alcohol or tobacco. They are  advocating that the government take control of the situation because the citizens are unable to do so. The solutions they suggest include doubling the price of sodas via a sugar tax, put age restrictions on purchase of products containing added sugar and legislate which stores are allowed to sell products with added sugar.
